The limits are usually defined by the room size. Ideal group size is usually 20 to 60 people in a single session with a max of around 80 to 100 per session if the room can facilitate that many safely and be set up for four different groups of people (one for each color group).

Yes, this can be done with as few as a single person.

You must provide the following for an on-site session:

1. An on-site location that is large enough to safely accommodate all of the participants. The location should have the capability to be arranged in a way that allows four separate tabled areas. One for each color group.
2. A screen and projector or TV with HTMI port and cable. Should ideally be large enough to allow all participants to see the presentation slides clearly.
3. A side table to set up the required materials for each participant.
4. Enough pens or pencils for each participant.

All other required materials will be provided and are included in the cost of the event.
